The laser glass cutting and splitting machine uses an ultra-fast infrared picosecond laser and a Bessel cutting head to achieve high-quality, high-efficiency, taper-free, um-level edge-breaking cutting of hard and brittle glass materials. It’s also equipped with a stable laser source, a safety protection cabinet and a water cooling system. The laser glass cutting and splitting machine supports customized services and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
1. The laser glass cutting machine uses an infrared picosecond laser and Bessel cutting head, ensuring smooth, burr-free edges and high-quality cutting results.
2. Equipped with a 120W CO2 laser splitter, the laser glass cutting machine provides stable and sufficient laser energy to meet various cutting requirements, ensuring both cutting efficiency and quality.
3. Equipped with a fully protected integrated cabinet ensures user safety while facilitating easy operation.
4. The laser glass cutting machine is equipped with a laser water cooling box, effectively protecting the long-term and stable operation of the laser.
5. Special requirements can be customized according to customer needs, such as the XYZ three-axis platform with visual positioning, ensuring adaptability for various application scenarios.
The picosecond laser glass cutter can be used the following :
1. Reinforced and non-reinforced glass cutting, such as: mobile phone glass cover plate, car glass cover plate, camera glass cover plate.
2. Sapphire glass cutting, such as: mobile sapphire cover plate, camera sapphire glass cover plate, sapphire light strip LED light strip.
3. LCD glass cutting, such as: shaped LCD screen inverted R/U/C Angle, LCD screen cutting.
4.other optical glass cutting , such as: filter cutting, mirror cutting.
5. Ordinary glass cutting, such as high borosilicate glass, quartz glass, white glass, car mirrors,bathroom glass, etc.
